SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Lucky Anchor Supplies Co. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from our dock to your door.

SHIPPING RATES (UNITED STATES)
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $15 or more
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (not eligible for free shipping)
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 5–11 business days
- Express: 3–7 business days
- Oversized items: 4–6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. During holidays, peak seasons or severe weather, deliveries may take a little longer. Some items may ship separately and arrive on different days; you'll receive tracking for each package.

ORDER TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes for most items. Oversized items such as large moon lamps may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check around your property, with neighbors and with your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We'll help locate it or arrange a solution.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
